Markendy Fils-Aimé is the Founder, and CEO of AIMÉ Development Group, LLC, a privately held real estate investment and development firm focused on delivering high-impact, community-enhancing projects across urban markets. With a diverse background spanning consulting, acquisitions, and development, Markendy brings a strategic, values-based approach to building sustainable portfolios and long-term partnerships.
Prior to founding AIMÉ Development Group, LLC, Markendy worked at Deloitte & Touche LLP in the Risk & Financial Advisory practice, where he provided consulting services to Fortune 500 companies and government clients, focusing on internal controls, compliance, and enterprise risk management. This experience sharpened his analytical skills and deepened his understanding of financial systems, regulatory frameworks, and strategic execution at scale.
Markendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Big Data and Business Analytics from Suffolk University Boston, and a Master of Science in International Real Estate (MSIRE) from Florida International University.
